Yes, the lawn is not freshly mown ... The decor is old ... but it has a total charm and fits the ambience. I loved it there. The cucumber salad is a poem, the plaice is delicious. Reservations are recommended, card payments are not possible.

Failed in corona time. If you haven't made a reservation, you'll be checked in at the door. Customer friendliness is when you greet your guest first and not deal with them straight away. We didn't get to eat then .. preferred to drive a few meters further.

If it looks so neglected outside, how about in the kitchen ?? I saw much better beach restaurants. But this is definitely not a gourmet restaurant with a maritime flair which is becoming more and more popular with locals and holidaymakers as an “insider tip”.

I found out through the internet that you can eat well here. Unfortunately, you don't really respond to an individual's wishes. There is an extra charge for fried potatoes, if a hollandaise is not needed, it doesn't matter. From the outside the restaurant makes a nice impression, from the inside it is rather old and not a pleasant smell. I cannot recommend it.

The food was quite good, but not exceptional either. We were here for dinner in the evening, the decor and the whole ambience is getting old, the menu is clear, prices above average, service friendly, portions sufficient.

Very quaint restaurant! Good-humored, funny service. Mix of Thai and German dishes. Food tastes very good and prices are normal. It goes without saying that you bring some time to dine well. Gladly again.

The food was good and rich. The waitress had something hasty from Professor, already ordered and already forgotten 😄 who is in the vicinity can access here in any case. We had had everything from turkey escalope to plaice and Thai curry and I would order each dish again.

The quaint, thatched fisherman's hut is located directly in front of the entrance to the campsite on the left. Very nice, cozy restaurant with a beautiful outdoor area under the large sun umbrella. Inside, maritime, interesting decoration. Friendly service and affordable prices. Not too big, cozy place right on the wide sandy beach.

At first we were skeptical about the German / Indian / Thai menu, but were then convinced by the delicious food and the nice service. All of the food was delicious, no matter whether matjes, salmon or curry. So don't be put off! :)

Plaice as plaice fillet with fried potatoes very delicious. The others are also very recommendable. The service is very nice.
